Care Connect is always so helpful - fast, understanding, and quick to resolve issues. They return calls right away and it always feels like you’re talking to a real person not a big company. Plus, the prescriptions come right away and straight to my door so I don’t have to pick them up. I try to get my medications through them whenever possible! I’d highly recommend.

We switched to Care Connect about 6 months ago, and will never look back! Their customer service and unbelievably efficient processing/delivery times are unmatched. They are very responsive and always lean forward in finding solutions for us. We have been very impressed with their resourcefulness and their ability to get approvals and discounts (where others have failed). Their service is a thousand times better than any other service we have ever used.

This specialty pharmacy is amazing. Their staff is a dream. They are thoughtful, resourceful, and competent. They take the stress out of insurance processing. Delivery to your door is a perk. I work with Wally and he stands out in his customer service and patience. Everyone I've ever talked to is so nice and always trying to help you find the best answer to insurance and prescriptions.

CareConnect Pharmacy is truly second to none. After visiting various franchise and independent pharmacies, I can confidently say that CareConnect is the last pharmacy I’ll ever need. From my first visit, I knew I had found something special. Rebecca and her team consistently provide exceptional customer service, resourcefulness, and genuine care. As someone who struggles with anxiety in pharmacy settings, CareConnect has been a game-changer. They go above and beyond to make the prescription process seamless, even ordering different generics when necessary. This personalized attention is unmatched compared to larger chains or other local shops. The team’s kindness and compassion are remarkable, and if I could give them 100 stars, I would! I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a pharmacy. I truly cannot speak highly enough about Care Connect Pharmacy and their staff. I spoke with Margaret over the phone today and she was incredibly kind and professional. Every single interaction I have had with them has been nothing but a joy and a relief compared to all the frustration I have dealt with in the past with pharmacy's and insurance companies. They offer free delivery in the DVM which makes my life so much easier and have UNBELIEVABLE prices. I am so glad to have access to a pharmacy who truly is able to give the attention and care to people and make their medications actually affordable. I had one pharmacy tell me i needed to pay over $1,000 for a medication and care connect was able to get it for me for less than $70. I recommend care connect to everyone and anyone!

After going to CVS and having them mess up my insurance almost every time resulting in me having to pay money when I didn't need to and long lines, I switched to Care Connect after one of my doctors gave me their information. They are incredible--there are never any issues with my insurance, very quick, and deliver for free. Best experience I've had with a pharmacy, hands down.

EXCELLENT EVERYTHING. THANK YOU. CVS AND WALGREENS KEEP SMALL PHARMACIES FROM PROCESSING SOME PARTS OF INSURANCE. I DON'T MIND ONLY GETTING 30 DAYS WORTH OF A MED FROM A SMALL PHARMACY BECAUSE THE DEDUCTABLE IS THE SAME. I WANT THEM TO SUCCEED. AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

This place is so good. First off, the lady that answers the phone is always incredibly pleasant and calming. She is patient and efficient and actually makes calling the pharmacy a good experience. Second, they are wicked fast in delivering and even got my rx to me on CHRISTMAS MORNING way ahead of schedule!! I was expecting a multiple day wait but they got it to me in less than 24 hours. They're seriously the best.
